Therapeutic Massage
Focused massage for specific areas of tension, discomfort or restricted movement.
Core care
Therapeutic massage from registered massage therapists, tailored to your body, your comfort and how you want to feel afterwards.

Overview
Registered massage therapy (RMT) uses hands on techniques to work with muscles, tendons and connective tissues. People often book it to ease muscle tension, recover from activity or simply feel more comfortable in their bodies. Massage may also promote local circulation and help reduce muscular tension.
Every treatment begins with a brief health history and conversation about your goals. Pressure, focus areas and techniques are adjusted to you, and you are always welcome to ask for changes during the session.
You don’t have to be injured to benefit from massage. Many people include it in their routine to help manage muscular tension from work, training or daily life, and to support relaxation and recovery over the long term.
Our approach
Massage at Springdale is professional, respectful and focused on your goals. Your comfort and consent come first, always.
Personalized hands on care for muscle tension, stiffness, discomfort and movement limitations.
Flowing, rhythmic gliding, kneading, compression and gentle friction at a pressure you choose. It may help promote relaxation and ease general muscle tension.
Targeted work for persistent muscular tension and deeper soft tissue restrictions. Pressure is built gradually and adjusted to your tolerance rather than simply applied at maximum.
Positioning adapted for pregnancy, with supportive pillows and bolsters and pressure suited to your comfort. It often focuses on lower back, hip, neck and shoulder tension and tired legs.
Massage adapted to the physical strain of feeding, carrying, lifting and long periods of sitting, and shaped around your postpartum stage, comfort and health.
Seated massage of the head, scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back, focused on relaxation and muscular tension.
Cupping techniques built into your massage therapy plan when appropriate. This is separate from our standalone cupping therapy service.
Smooth, warmed stones used alongside traditional massage techniques for a calming treatment.
