Overview

About Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is targeted work for persistent muscular tension and deeper soft tissue restrictions. Slower strokes and gradually increasing pressure let your therapist work with deeper layers of muscle and fascia.

Deep tissue does not simply mean maximum pressure. Treatment is adjusted to your tolerance throughout, and your therapist will check in regularly.
