Overview

About Sports Therapy

Sports therapy is personalized care focused on movement, recovery, strength and mobility, with the goal of a safe return to sport or physical activity. It looks at how your body handles the demands of your sport, your training load and your recovery between sessions.

Unlike rehabilitation for one specific injury, sports therapy can support you through a whole season: managing muscle tightness and niggles, rebuilding strength after time away, and planning a gradual return when you have been out of training.
